Age: Candidates age should complete 18 years and not more than 35 years as on 28.02.2014.

Education Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognized university speed in English short hand 120 wpm and speed in English typing 40 wpm basic knowledge of computer for post no.1, graduate and 100 wpm speed in English short hand and 40 wpm in English for post no.2 and graduate in any discipline and speed in Gujarati short hand 90 wpm and English typing  speed 25 wpm for post no.3, graduate in any discipline and Gujarati short hand speed 75 wpm and 25 wpm in Gujarati typing.

Fee: SC/ST/SEBC/physically disabled and EXSM candidates pay 250/- and all other candidates pay 500/- in the current bank account held in the name of Registrar general,  high court of Gujarat, sola, Ahmadabad.

Selection: Candidates selection is based on the main written examination, practical/skill test and oral test.
