Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is should be upto 40 years.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess ANM Female Health worker course from recognized institution by  Government. Registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.

Selection Process: An aptitude test will be conducted for screening of the candidates and only those who will clear the screenign test will be given computer test and further called for  the interview.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can attend interview along with application form and original documents in support of academic qualification and report at the respective District Civil surgeon's office at 10.00 am on 24-05-2013.
